Located in the leafy suburb of Brighton East Victoria, this spectacular renovation has modernised and increased the living spaces for this residential home.

The brief from the homeowners was to create a contemporary modern home extension that increased the size of the entertainment and outdoor areas but also provided an abundance of natural light and ventilation.

Victorian fabricator: Nuline Windows & Doors answered the call and installed several CityView commercial systems and the Darley 101.6 x 44.5mm commercial framing system to achieve the desired look and feel.

The recently updated CityView architectural sliding doors were used to further enhance the appeal of the increased living spaces. Nuline chose this sliding door system for its ability to accept extra-large door panels and its range of sill options. The CityView architectural door was also chosen for its high-water rating and ability to withstand harsh weather conditions.

CityView awning windows were added to the second level of this home providing increased ventilation and natural light  – adding the final touch to this modern and functional family home.

The CityView window and door systems used for this project, perfectly complemented each other increasing the functional living space and also the homeowner’s views of the impressive outdoor garden and pool.

The homeowners were happy with the final result and look forward to many family gatherings in their new living spaces this spring!
