Project Features
Granville Place is a large-scale building development located in the bustling urban locale of Granville NSW, only 18 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Granville is fast becoming a popular choice for home buyers for its affordable residential homes and great access to public transport.
This mixed-use development consists of 618 apartments, across 3 buildings & 52 levels – with over 19,000sqm of retail space and community amenities. This high-end building project was managed and constructed by ParkView constructions, with Supplied Holdings fabricating and installing the window and door systems. The development is currently in its final stages, with the official opening taking place in the next few months.

One of the unique features of this large-scale project was the customised glass awning installed in the front foyer of the main building. The glass in the awning was secured and held in place by specially made, customised stainless steel spider fittings. With the glass and fittings manufactured and supplied by Alucity Architectural Supply and installed by Supplied Holdings.
