Proxy Build recently completed a modern French Provincial-style duplex project at Ryde, in Sydney’s north-west.
The duplex features Darley Aluminium’s commercial-grade window and door framings, chosen for their durability, functionality and aesthetic appeal.
The systems included:
- CityView Commercial Awning Windows – these windows feature compression seals around the perimeter, providing excellent waterproofing while helping to reduce noise and improve energy efficiency. They are used throughout the duplex, allowing for airflow and light while maintaining privacy.
- Bifold HarbourView Top Hung Doors – perfect for expanding living spaces, these doors are customisable and ideal for both high-end residential as well as commercial and retail applications. In the duplex project, they open up the ground-floor space, allowing for natural flow from the open plan kitchen and living area to the outdoors.
- KlassicView French Doors – a natural fit for the French Provincial design of the duplex, these doors offer high water-pressure ratings and a built-in groove for flyscreens or security doors. They allow seamless and stylish access from the main bedroom to the balcony.
