Aluminium Express Windows was selected as the window and door fabricator for a purpose-built industrial warehouse developed for Martin Brower ANZ, a prominent supply chain solutions company. Situated in Dandenong, VIC, this cutting-edge facility encompasses 9,500 square meters of tailor-made warehousing and 690 square meters designated for office use.

Catering to restaurants across Australia with supply chain solutions, Martin Brower ANZ’s recently constructed industrial warehouse features not only commercial office spaces but also loading docks, freezers, and chillers.

Designed and constructed by prominent property developers Salta Properties, this warehouse is one of the first Five Star Green Star certified industrial developments in Victoria. With sustainability and energy efficiency high on the agenda, Express Aluminium Windows wanted to install window and door systems that achieved optimal energy ratings – they made the right choice and installed CityView windows & doors and Darley’s commercial framing systems.

Darley’s 150mm x 50mm Front Single-glazed commercial framing system was installed on the front façade – perfectly complimenting the tall glass panels and providing a modern, sleek aesthetic with its slim profile and clean lines. The visual appeal of the building is further enhanced with all the commercial framing systems powdercoated in Dulux Black Satin.

45mm commercial doors were prominently used in this project, installed in a hinged door configuration and as an automatic sliding door. Widely used in commercial projects with high-traffic areas, the 45mm commercial door provides strength and durability and is ideally suited for applications with frequent opening & closing of doors. For this project, an automatic sliding door was created by combining a 101.6mm centre single-glazed commercial framing with a 45mm commercial door. In addition to being well suited to high-traffic areas, these systems also provide soundproofing, which is essential for internal commercial office spaces.

With CityView doors and Darley’s commercial framing systems installed, the occupants of this new industrial warehouse can rest assured in the knowledge that these systems are fully tested, made from high-quality materials, and built to last.
