- The Forge Security Locks Promotion commences at 9am (AEST) on Monday the 4th October 2024 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Friday 13th December 2024 (‘Promotional Period’).
- The promoter of this Promotion is Darley Aluminium Trading Pty Ltd ACN 076 364 657 of 8 Tyrone Place, Erskine Park NSW 2759 (‘Darley’).
- This Promotion is only open to Australian resident individuals 18 years or
- Darley employees and their immediate families are ineligible to participate in the
- Customers of Darley will automatically gain an entry into the draw on each occasion during the Promotional Period that they place an order for any of the Forge Security Locks listed below:
6. Customers are permitted to enter the draw more than once during the Promotional Period, as long as they purchase any of the Forge Security Locks listed in paragraph 5. above.
7. There are a total of five prizes. The total prize value is $3,000 (AUD$) and consists of the following:
Grand Prize: A family camping pack including a 10 person dark room tent, Dune fridge freezer and Gerber cam cook set ($1,500 value)
2nd Prize: De’Longhi Magnifica Fully Automatic Coffee Machine ($499 Value)
3rd Prize: Swann Enforcer 4 Camera 4 Channel CCTV Security System ($499 value)
4th Prize: Matador Catalyst Vertical Smoker ($299 value)
5th Prize: Nutri Bullet Slow Juicer ($284 value)
8. The prize winners will be drawn on Monday 16th December 2024 by way of a random draw of names of participants. The first name drawn in relation to each prize will be the winner of the prize.
9. Prize winners will be notified via email and phone on Monday 16th December 2024 and the results
published on Darley’s website.
10. Prizes will be delivered to the winner’s address by Friday 20th December 2024.
11. Darley will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize.
12. The laws of the relevant state of Australia apply to this Promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant state.
